ShopFlow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the ShopFlow application and website (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you connect your Etsy shop, we receive access to data authorized by the OAuth scopes you approve.
Etsy data accessed via OAuth: With your explicit authorization, we access:
transactions_r — Your Etsy orders and transaction data, used to build your production sheet
listings_r — Your active Etsy listings, used for inventory tracking and listing analysis
listings_w — Ability to update your Etsy listings, used only for the AI Listing Optimizer when you explicitly push changes
shops_r — Basic shop information used for account setup and display
Usage data: We may collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide, operate, and improve the ShopFlow Service
To build and display your production sheet from Etsy order data
To calculate profit margins using cost data you provide
To send you Service-related communications (including waitlist updates)
To respond to your questions and support requests
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your Etsy shop data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
ShopFlow currently stores session data locally in your browser (localStorage). Order data and production state are held client-side. We implement industry-standard security practices and use secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission.
Your Etsy OAuth token is stored securely and used only to make authorized API calls on your behalf. We do not store your Etsy password.
4. Third-Party Services
Etsy: ShopFlow connects to the Etsy Open API v3. Your use of Etsy is subject to Etsy's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic Claude AI: Pro tier features use Anthropic's Claude API to process invoice images and draft messages. Data sent to Anthropic is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not send your Etsy customer data to Anthropic without your knowledge.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@shopflow.app. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@shopflow.app.
7. Children's Privacy
ShopFlow is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of ShopFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShopFlow ("Service"), operated by ShopFlow ("we," "us," or "our"). By using ShopFlow, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
ShopFlow is a production management tool for Etsy sellers. You must have an active Etsy seller account to use the core features of the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Etsy API and OAuth Authorization
ShopFlow accesses your Etsy shop data through Etsy's official Open API v3 using OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Etsy account, you authorize ShopFlow to access the data scopes you approve. You may revoke this access at any time through your Etsy account settings.
ShopFlow is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc.
3. Account and Waitlist
By joining the waitlist, you provide your email address and consent to receive updates about ShopFlow. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4. Subscription and Billing
ShopFlow offers paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service in any way that violates Etsy's Terms of Service or API policies
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission
6. Intellectual Property
The ShopFlow application, including its design, code, and content, is owned by ShopFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Etsy shop data remains your property.
7. AI Features
Pro tier features use artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to process supplier invoices and draft customer messages. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. ShopFlow is not responsible for errors in AI-generated output.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Profit calculations are estimates based on data you provide and may not reflect your actual financial results. ShopFlow is not a financial advisor.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
