These Terms are the agreement between you and ShopFlow. They explain what ShopFlow does, the subscription terms, what you're responsible for, and the limits on our liability. Please read them — by using ShopFlow, you agree to them.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShopFlow (the "Service"), operated by Andrew Marco, a sole proprietor doing business as ShopFlow ("ShopFlow," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ShopFlow is a tool for Etsy sellers that turns your Etsy orders into production checklists. It consists of a Chrome browser extension and a companion web application. The extension reads the order information displayed on your own Etsy orders page when you click Sync, and organizes it into production checklists you can work from and check off.
ShopFlow is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a registered trademark of Etsy, Inc. You are responsible for using ShopFlow in compliance with Etsy's own Terms of Service.
ShopFlow does not connect to Etsy's API and does not log into your Etsy account or access your Etsy credentials. The extension reads the order information already visible on your own Etsy orders page in your browser, only when you click Sync, and only on Etsy pages. You remain logged into Etsy yourself; ShopFlow simply reads what is already on your screen.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of ShopFlow complies with Etsy's Terms of Service. Etsy may change its website at any time, which may affect how, or whether, ShopFlow can read your orders. We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with Etsy.
To use ShopFlow you must create a ShopFlow account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account you sign up with, since sign-in uses an emailed magic link. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one Etsy shop; if you operate multiple shops, each requires its own account and subscription.
ShopFlow is a paid subscription service offered on monthly and annual plans. The current prices are shown at checkout.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings panel in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it cancels your subscription immediately (you forfeit any remaining paid time), and deletes your server-stored data as described in our Privacy Policy. This action cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms ShopFlow, other users, or third parties.
Your shop data — including your orders and the production checklists derived from them — remains yours. ShopFlow claims no ownership of your shop data. How we store and handle it, including buyer information, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You are responsible for handling your buyers' information lawfully, including any obligations you have to your buyers under Etsy's policies and applicable privacy laws. ShopFlow processes this information solely to provide the Service to you.
ShopFlow uses artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) to help interpret the personalization text buyers leave on orders and turn it into production rows. AI interpretation is a convenience and may contain errors. Etsy remains the source of truth for your orders. You are solely responsible for verifying your production against the actual order details on Etsy before making or shipping any item. ShopFlow is not responsible for errors in AI interpretation or for any production mistakes resulting from reliance on it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
ShopFlow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously compatible with Etsy. ShopFlow helps you organize your production but does not guarantee the accuracy of any parsed order, checklist, or grouping. You are responsible for verifying all order details against Etsy before producing or shipping.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShopFlow and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost or mis-produced orders, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShopFlow's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ShopFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopFlow and its operator from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your handling of buyer information, or your violation of Etsy's terms or any third party's rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or harm. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
