These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShopFlow ("Service"), operated by ShopFlow ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ShopFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ShopFlow is a production management and business operations tool for Etsy sellers who create custom, made-to-order, and personalized handmade products. You must have an active Etsy seller account to use the core features of the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Etsy's own Terms of Service.
ShopFlow accesses your Etsy shop data through Etsy's official Open API v3 using OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Etsy account, you authorize ShopFlow to access the specific data scopes you approve during the authorization flow. You may revoke this access at any time through your Etsy account settings at etsy.com/account/applications.
ShopFlow is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.
By joining the waitlist, you provide your email address and consent to receive updates about ShopFlow, including launch announcements and early access invitations. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
ShopFlow offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. A 14-day free trial with full Pro access is available to new users — no credit card required during the trial period. After the trial, continued use requires selecting a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

The ShopFlow application, including its design, interface, code, and content, is owned by ShopFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Etsy shop data — including orders, listings, and inventory — remains your property. ShopFlow claims no ownership over your shop data.
Pro tier features use artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to process supplier invoices and draft buyer messages. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point for your review and should not be sent or used without your own review and approval. ShopFlow is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for any content you send to buyers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Profit calculations and cost estimates are based on data you provide and on Etsy's published fee structures, and may not reflect your actual financial results. ShopFlow is not a financial advisor, accounting service, or tax advisor. Consult a qualified professional for financial or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShopFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if ShopFlow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold ShopFlow harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
